Tom has a strong background in digital commerce with over 20 years of software sales, marketing, and leadership roles. Most recently, he was the CEO of a health analytics company. Prior to that he served as CRO of ShopIgniter, a venture backed social commerce provider, and EVP of TigerLogic, a publicly traded company in the social marketing space. From 2003-2010 he was the COO of EthicsPoint Inc, a SaaS based platform player in the post Sarbanes-Oxley compliance market, working with some of the largest retailers and brands in the world as well as early stage retailers and brands launching on line. These experiences have grounded him in both what is possible and what is practical for 4-Tell customers.
CHIEF DATA SCIENTIST & CO-FOUNDER
Ken has 25 years of technology experience. He quickly synergizes diverse technical and market data into new, useful products and patents. Ken used this unique ability to start four companies, sell one company’s IP to Digimarc, become VP of Technology of a hardware startup, develop real-time software as early as 1987, and create 78 issued patents and 152 published applications worldwide. During his five years at Digimarc, Ken helped create a global licensing program, positively affected many standards for Digimarc, led an international team with Philips, and developed a secure ID architecture that became part of a US law. Ken has BS, MS, MSEE, and PhD degrees, finishing his PhD in less than three years with 13 publications and a 4.0 GPA. In summary, Ken is intrigued by new technology, emerging markets and people’s behavior, and uses his creativity to turn this passion into revenue-generating technology.

Neil has over 25 years of experience bringing new products to market. He is passionate about developing solutions that both scale and adapt, balancing low-maintenance growth with maximum flexibility. Neil pushes for continuous improvement both in new features and robustness, with a roadmap driven by customer needs and long-range strategic goals. At 4-Tell, our Personalization Platform currently delivers 2.4 billion results a month, and analyzes more than 600 million user behaviors each night. Neil has BS and MS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and was a founding board member of the Digital Watermarking Alliance. He currently holds 29 US patents with 38 additional published applications pending.
