Our mission is to listen to our online retailers and create the right features at the right price so that we provide the highest value personalized recommendation solution. This, in turn, helps our retailers increase sales and profits, since their shoppers can easily find and buy the products they need. This quest has resulted, so far, in a solution that takes 4 to 20 hours to integrate with one platform for all sales channels, and provides 10% to 25% increase in sales.

4-Tell started with participation in the Netflix Prize - $1,000,000 offered to the person or team that could most improve movie rental recommendations over the then-existing system. The 4-Tell approach beat 98.5% of the participating teams!  Convinced the ‘winners’ could never make their solution commercially viable at a reasonable price, 4-Tell focused on building a commercially viable solution. Ken Levy and Neil Lofgren have submitted 10 provisional patent applications while creating 4-Tell.
