STEP 1: SIGN-UP FOR OUR SERVICE
Click here to signup for our service. We will respond within 24 hours with a client alias.

STEP 2: CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON YOUR SITE FOR OUR WEBSERVICE
Log into your Magento Go admin page and add a 4Tell user under System > Web Services >Users.

Then add a new role under System >Web Services > Roles and link the new 4-Tell user account to this role.

We only need the ability to read product, category and order information. We don’t need access to edit or delete any of your data, and we don’t need access to any sensitive user information. This means we don’t see any personally identifiable information, just product and customer IDs. (See the Roles section of this manual for details on which roles are required).

Email us the new API key (like a password) that you created for our 4-Tell user.

STEP 3: UPLOAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF CODE TO YOUR SITE
When you sign up for our service, we will email you a packet with the code that needs to be added to your site. Just upload three files to your site and paste a code snippet in your site footer template.

That’s all there is to it! Our web service will automatically export the data needed to provide relevant, intelligent product recommendations and display them on your site. We look forward to boosting your sales soon!
