New and low-volume products make up 80% of most online retailer’s catalogs. We even produce effective recommendations for new products with no prior sales! Our solution is affordable since it is simple to integrate with reasonable subscription pricing. 4-Tell's recommendation engine takes 4 to 20 hours to integrate, with relevant recommendations made as soon as the service is turned on. There are three simple steps:

  1. Merchandising and design decisions are made to optimize the recommendations.
  2. An automated script is created to send 4-Tell’s servers the sales data. The sales data is automatically turned into recommendations by 4-Tell.
  3. A web server call is added to your page template, and the recommendations are displayed dynamically.

Our pricing is a monthly subscription based upon the number of calls to our service. This allows you to start slowly, such as in the cart, and then add recommendations to every product, category, search, and landing page.
